What a whirlwind! We arrived in Muskegon Monday night, where we stayed in a Fairfield. After arriving around midnight, we were looking forward to a great night’s sleep. We got it! We had a busy day ahead of us! Tuesday was Splash Day. It was amazing to watch the marina men move boats around and plop them in the water. Owen told one of the guys it looked like he had a fun job. The man said Owen should come and watch them work when it’s cold and raining sideways. Okay, never mind.
Our Dash made it into her slip and we had our engine survey and sea trial. Just a couple minor things that we need to take care of. We spent the next couple hours loading our stuff before calling it a night. We went back to Muskegon and to Olive Garden to celebrate.
